An effective meditation to induce Tranquility. Using a Mudra (hand position) with a breath pattern: inhale, suspend the breath, (repeating any mantra or affirmation), exhale, hold the breath out for the same amount of time as on the inhale. End with Laughing Pose to boost the immune system and open and relax the Heart center.
